Reported problem: Good afternoon.
In March, I bought a Dragon Ball Legends game account from a seller. Everything was fine at first, but about a month later the account was permanently banned for unauthorized chargebacks/refunds.
Is there any way for me to get my money back? $800 is not a small amount of money. What makes it even more frustrating is that after purchasing the account, I also spent around $600 on the game myself, and now the account has simply been banned.
For the past month, I have been communicating with the game's support team regarding this incident. I provided them with everything I had, but they keep saying that it is not enough and that there was indeed an unauthorized chargeback associated with the account. On 08 June, since I had no additional receipts or proof to provide, the support team issued their final decision regarding the ban.
Outcome of dispute: False advertising. seller was not OO, but refused to refund. There were also in-game chargebacks on the account that caused it be to banned.
