Seller experience below, read this story and avoid them as much as possible
The Order: I received a $5 order. Since the item was out of stock, I immediately canceled it using the platform's official "Refund" button to return the money to the buyer.
The Platform's Flaw: Instead of processing the refund to the buyer’s original payment method (e.g., bank card), Dіfmark automated system routed the funds to the buyer's internal platform balance (store credit).
The Chargeback: The buyer, understandably frustrated by receiving store credit instead of a real refund, initiated a chargeback through their bank.
The Penalty: A month later, Dіfmark charged my seller account a €25 chargeback fee (which is 5 times the order value).
When I contacted Dіfmark Support the dialogue revealed the following:
Support explicitly admitted in the chat that sellers are not obligated by the Terms of Service to contact buyers to clarify their preferred refund destination.
There is no warning on the "Refund" button stating that using it might result in a €25 chargeback penalty.
Despite admitting I broke no specific rules, Support refused to cancel the fine, citing a blanket "Indemnification" clause. They claimed that the chargeback was a result of my "unsatisfactory service," even though I simply used their standard UI feature.
Conclusion:
Dіfmark intentionally retains buyer funds within its ecosystem (store credit) to force future purchases. When this aggressive retention policy angers buyers and leads to bank chargebacks, Dіfmark forces the seller to pay penalty fees.
i have all screenshots from chat with support too - check them there:
Update:
After i published this legitimate feedback on Trustpilot, Dіfmark informed me that they closing my account for "attempts to harm the platform" lol, and also technically steal all my money that left on the balance with them. They said i can withdraw only to crypto, and min limit is 1000 eur, while i have less that that. Confirmed now - Dіfmark scammers!
