Reported problem: The account had 150k jades topped up on it and 2 weeks after the purchase they charged back their payments and the account went into the negative. I confronted them and they said we could undo the trade and I opened a PayPal chargeback as the money was still on hold. It’s currently still being processed by paypal, and as I was about to check on the account I realized they recalled it. So I no longer have access, nor do I have my money back
