Reported problem: Hello EpicNPC Support Team,
I am reporting a seller regarding an ESO account purchased through EpicNPC.

Purchase date: June 11, 2024
Account status at sale: 263 Champion Points
After the purchase, I immediately:
Changed the email address
Changed the password
Changed the security question
Played actively for approximately one year
During that time:
I progressed the account from 263 CP to over 1200 CP
Renamed and developed all characters
Purchased ESO Gold Road, ESO Plus subscriptions, assistants, and in-game items
Used my own credit card (now listed on the account)
Unlinked the ESO account from Steam
Recently, the seller reclaimed the Steam account and subsequently the ESO account, causing me to permanently lose access despite a year of active use and financial investment.
I can provide:
Chat screenshots with the seller
Screenshots of the account while under my control
Billing history screenshots
Proof of account progression and purchases
This constitutes account reclaim after sale, which violates marketplace trust and seller obligations.
I am requesting a full investigation and appropriate action against the seller to prevent this from happening to other users.
