Other information: it seems like that three other people also got already scammed @bexo @tkien and there is another one who wrote me 10 minutes ago. I only have contact with bexo, I also contacted tkien but I got no answer. But tkien wrote a feedback.

What is the dispute about?
The seller was all time online and promised, before I sent the money, he would do my order now, after he recieved the money with PP Friends. This guy suddenly disappeared but did not block me. Again: He was all the time online!
Then he claimed, he has internet issues with his provider and no stable connection. Again, he was online 24/7.
I asked for a refund, he said, he can't since he has no money on his PP and will send it on monday. Everything is weird and since this guy allready has a negative feedback from a other buyer, I think there is something wrong.
He could ask a friend to help out or even send the money back (no problem in 2022).
Like I said, I also recieved a message here in Epic from a 3rd buyer who has sent him money yesterday... 80 bucks.. But @DefAge told the buyer that the Lost Ark Servers are maxed out (and not his connection has problems). He was also online when the servers were fine... I play all the night through.
If I missed something, please let me know. English is not my mothertongue.
