I offred league of legends account for trade today so he added me in skype and we started dealing for it , he was supposed to give me an overwatch KEY for the account that i will give him , he told me to trust him and i did because of his rep on this forum he sent me the link :https://www.epicnpc.com/members/479903-Ultrakillgg.
so i did , i gave him the account and changed email then he gave me a KEY that doesn't work . so he stole my league of legends account with email and gave me nothing , ( this is a rated trusted member here)





I just want this to be a safe place and prevent any future buyers from being scammed from some criminals like this one.

This was a case of impersonation.

Please be sure to contact buyers/sellers on our site to confirm they are who they are before making deals with them.

So i lost my main account and you can't do nothing about it ? the skype name and member are the same that's why i didn't see that coming and he was epic member and trusted in this site how i'm supposed to know that he was a scammer or even expect that

We can't force someone to give you back the account especially when they are already banned on our website.

People can change their skype name to whatever they choose, thats why impersonation works.
Someone can create a skype with the actual skype id as : Iamascammer123, but change their display name to EpicNPC CM and easily impersonate me.

If you checked his actual skype ID before the sale was complete you could have searched it on our site and found the scam thread.

Or you could have contacted the person who you thought you were talking to on EpicNPC to confirm they were actually talking to you.
