I wrote to him many times that the account had been restored. he promised to restore the account, but did nothing. He just wrote that Epic canceled his request. also I informed him about the scam. He started ignoring me.
Outcome of dispute: User recalled his account multiple times in multiple different transactions. Refused to compensate the buyer & ignored the dispute multiple times.
