User's known information
Reported problem: I paid this guy for Black Desert boosting and he has not finished his order. He only finished a small part of the order and now he stopped replying.
I have been patient, but he is not finishing his work, while being active on this site.
Please ban this guy. Its a scammer.
Outcome of dispute: Only did a small part of the order, then stopped responding entirely after receiving the early payment for the boosting.
