Basically this guy was selling his account

contacted him as requested and we agreed on a price to be paid. I went ahead with the deal as I saw he has 100% rating on this site so thought he was trustworthy
I sent him payment via PayPal, under payment of goods option, and he told me that I did this wrong and needed to make payment via other way (as you would give money to a family member) otherwise he would be hit with extra fees etc from Paypal and it would not be enough to cover the account. Me then foolishly paid him via that way and he then told me that payment had been put on hold by Paypal for 21 days. He refused to release the account or details to me. He said that he would not do so until the funds had cleared. I contacted Paypal and they advised the funds had cleared but he kept saying they hadn’t. After the 21 days was up he just stopped replying and has since changed his Line ID name from xxSoulBladexx to Cris. I still have his name and email address although he has blocked me on Facebook

Have plenty more of the conversation saved - but easy to see he took my money and never gave the account over. Complete Scammer and I just want the account that I paid for !!
