Hey, i am writing this Thread after beeing scammed by this Person.

I already reported him to the police.

This guy offered a leveling service for wow classic 1-60 with garantee of 2 weeks not beeing banned.

He made it once for me on elitepvpers and it was all good.
I decided to take his service again but he was banned on elitepvpers so we did it via this site.
At this point i was sure he would not scam me after doing it once why would he scam me at the second time.

He startet 04.04.2020 with the service.

He got banned first time 16.04.2020
We decided that can try a second time he said 95% he would not get banned cause he never got banned.

He got banned second time 29.04.2020(maybe 1 day later idk)
After him not answering i checked the account at 01.05.2020 and this account was banned aswell.

He didnt answer for days and today he answered and said he finished his service but obviously he didnt cause the account was banned and didnt inform me in any way he was finished.
He said he was away for the weekend thats why he didnt answer.
I asked him for a refund after him getting banned 2 times in a row. Refund just includes the payment for the service that was 65€.
I was kinda tired to pay monthly sub just to be banned cause his bad botting.
He said he finished and he will not refund me.
He blocked me after i told him i will report him to the police.

I am writing this Thread just to make sure nobody else get scammed by this guy.
It is annoying enough that i have to contact the police to get my money back after beeing so generous giving him second chance.

Trade was done on Elitepvpers not here. I dont even offer the same service here.
He got his boost and the char was leveld to 60. So im done here
This has nothing to do with scam or anything. This guy is just dumb and got banned afterwards.
I dont need to refund him anything after i reached 60 and finished the order.

@Rorschach. you're stating you finished the boost. Do you have proof? Do you have a chat where you return the account to Fastped and he confirms the boost was completed and thanks you?

Still no refund or finished order!

I already accepted the fact that the scammer dont gonna refund but at least he needs to be banned!

I cant answer that question never saw any screen of progress or anything!

he got banned after the order was finished and tries now to scam the money back.
Like i said he buyed a completly different order on epvp that i dont even offer here.
I dont take responsibilty for damages and i never said i will come up with refund if you get banned afterwards.
he got banned before and i gave him the option to do another leveling or refund. he choosed another leveling...

I'm sorry, proof is required. If you have no proof you did not complete the boost. Go to epvp and takes some screenshots of the chat you had there.

if you can't backup your claims with proof, you will lose this dispute. Saying it happened on another site is not a reason to have no proof.

I'm sorry, proof is required. If you have no proof you did not complete the boost. Go to epvp and takes some screenshots of the chat you had there.

if you can't backup your claims with proof, you will lose this dispute. Saying it happened on another site is not a reason to have no proof.

i barely made screens because i didnt expected such a scummy move from people but just read the logs he posted and like i said gm will 100% confirm that the char was 60 for sure but he has to vreate that ticket

and like i already said:
He got banned already on the first try i told him ok i offer you either a new boost or a refund.
He choosed another leveling. 2weeks later job was done. he got banned after that and act now that he can get another boost or scam the money back.
Thats not how it works.

This is not relevant. You're actively botting on the account when the account is banned for botting. How is that Fastped's fault? It doesn't matter if Fastped is botting on other accounts, you are botting on the account that was banned.

April 4 - boost service started,1-60 via bot
Apri 16 - ban wave, account banned
May 1 - account banned again

That chat shows the refund agreement stated a refund will be issued for the service if the account is banned, so 65 euro.

The chat text I received ended May 1st, so I'm waiting for the remaining text. Rorschach. you have access to the same Discord chat, you can also copy/paste the text and send it to me. I need from May 1st to May 4th.

Base on time alone, if the 2nd ban was May 1st and the dispute was opened May 4th, it does not appear possible to have completed a 1-60 boost in 3 days. However I'll still wait for the remaining text to confirm this.

What are you talking about?
The boost was done 29.4 he got banned 1-2 days later.
There is absolutly NO evidence that it was caused by me.
And i never said anywhere that he gets unlimited refunds or new levelings.
This is a 1 time option not an option for unlimited trys .

Every try i lost 10€ extra btw but that wasnt covered in the service and i accpeted that.

I lost 85€ but 20€ is just the montly sub to be able to play wow classic but thats not part of the refund!

65€ have to be refunded cause no service done. Hope this scammer get finally banned.

The boost was done 29.4 he got banned 1-2 days later.

On May 29th you said it will be finished tomorrow, so you did not complete it on May 29th.

I do not see any statement where Rorschach notified Fastped the boost is complete. This is confirmed by the fact on May 1st Fastped is asking you if you finished. If you completed the boost successfully why didn't you notify Fastped?

You don't buy hacks etc and say oh I would have been banned and would have liked the value of my account back. Everyone should be aware of the risk. Sure, it was super unfortunate, but since you are the account holder, you can sort of get on your cap.

Yes, everyone is agreeing to this. We're not talking about the value of the account, we're talking about the cost of the boost service. The service was 65 euro which is what Fastped is requesting to be refunded.

I do not see any evidence for this. After the 1st ban please show the chat where you told Fastped that he can either have a refund or you will try boosting again.

Chat shows Fastped asked "What do we do now?" after the April 16th ban and you stated "start over". He did ask you to pay for the subscription, but agreed that it wasn't covered by your terms. There is no discussion about a refund or that this 2nd attempt would be the last attempt.

As the seller, you should be clear about your terms. You didn't really discuss any details and just said you're going to start over.

Rorschach you need to update your terms so it's clear how your refund policy works. Your policy currently says if the account is banned you will refund 100% of the payment.

1) There is no notification the boost was ever completed. Fastped was never notified it was completed nor was the account returned to him.
2) There is no discussion that if the account is banned a 2nd time, Fastped forfeits the refund.

Please issue a full refund.

the order was finished on the night from 29-30 and i stopped it at 60.
i didnt notified him because i was busy and i already told him the day before.
every human with a brain can tell the char would be done next day and doesnt need another notification.


The case is here about the fact that he says that the boost wasnt done.
He has absolutly 0 evidence so far.
Simply contact a blizzard gm and ask him if the char hit 60 . its so easy.
Job was done. Even my EPVP Thread says i ONLY refund when the ban happens during the boost.

and ofc you cant see all where i said some stuff because fastped is netpicking here and hiding most of the history,
