What is the dispute about?
Made an agreement to buy Lost Ark Plat Key for USD250, paying 50% of amount first in exchange for key and another 50% later. After making first 50% payment of USD125, he started giving excuses about having issues with his paypal and told me to wait. Then he said that he had some issues with paypal and would seek to refund me and will ask me to pay to another paypal account. Waited a whole 40+ mins from the time i gave money and still did not get anything from him. Messaged him on discord but no reply, until i informed him that I have raised a dispute resolution on Paypal. Then he got mad, blaming me for doing it and saying that if I close off the dispute he will immediately deliver. At this point, 2 other persons had separately approached me to inform me that they had also gave him money for a plat pack but had not gotten anything back in return. So I told him that i have done my part and would pay him and close the dispute on Paypal if he delivered and even offered to close the dispute if he completed his transactions with the 2 other people.
If Mods want the users of the other 2 people i know that got scammed by this guy pm me. Im sure they will vouch for me.
