Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
I wanted to buy an overwatch account from this guy and he told me that he won't scam me and I trusted him (Stupid ik) and I gave him the 45$ via paypal then he started saying that he has forgotten his security question to his account and that he can't change the email right now and that he should contact blizzard's support for help, I said alright I'll wait a couple of days, After the first day he said that he had received an answer and that he had to send them a couple of information on the account in order to change the security questions. What sounded a bit fishy was that blizzard's supports take around 12-24h to answer to account related problems, Now it's been two days since then and he hasn't answered me yet and hasn't been online since (He was online for around 3 hours and I kept private messaging him but he did not respond and ignored me, Then became offline and now here we are)
