I buy this account on january 15, 2011 via paypal. The transaction went pretty neat except i had to wait a couple of hours to get the login/password, he gave me the password and login of the yahoo mail of the account too. The SQA were sent by UPS to my address. 4 days after (january 19,2011) the account went compromise and someone reset the password of the yahoo mail. so i asked the seller if he can fix the thing so he sent the recovery form with the ID to Blizzard and I got the account back on January 20,2011 and all was fine.. except someone did a faction/server/name change... i Had to post a online ticket to fix this.. After 5 days days (January 24,2011) the account was compromise again!! so i contact the seller and i never had an answers i tried all emails i knoew about him and i got no answer at all so after a week of wait i decided to claim back the amount on paypal and his answer was im a scammer. After try to reach Blizzard myself they told me someone sent a other account recovery form on january 28 (just after i claim back my money) and blizzard sent to me a Notary account recovery form, and i thats not good good because i guess no one can send a Notary form without be the original owner. I did my own investigation and i found out, this seller propably buy the account from someone else who are not the original owner.. Now im -$1785 and i pay something i cant even use and the seller don't want to help me or give me my money back. Im very angry because its a lot of money.

That is very interesting. I have not touched anything on my end and I
have no reason to.
The SQA to the questions on the Yahoo account are as follows:
Favorite Uncle - -hided-
Favorite Author - -hided-
Let me know if you need anything else. That should reset the PW to the
e-mail account if you need to do so, which it seems you do need to.
Heading to bed here as it is 3:30am. I will be up in about 6-7 hours to
deal with this if there is indeed an issue.
Good morning i got this email this morning and apparently someone change
the password of the yahoo mail and delete my email for the recovery
password, someone who knew the SQA of the yahoo.... and this person also
change the password of the WoW as well even if the account had an
authenticator.... so 2 options are here... this is you or the Original
owner... I didnt receive the SAQ yet but should have it this morning, i
will not acccept it if this isssue is not fixed. Can you please do
something??? why we didnt change the email for mine after the transaction?
are you selling account and take them back after? if i have no hear about
you i will reclaim..... i will lso send you the other email i got from
yahoo... please be fast.

Alright, the accusations against me are getting very annoying now. I have
the reputation for being one of the most premier account resellers on
MMOBay and you have the audacity to come at me with these claims. The
moment that I had the information reset from Blizzard, is the moment that
you had it in your hands.
As for the rest of everything else, I am not sure what to tell, but I can
guarantee you it was not me. I have dealt with accounts that are worth
2-3x as much. If I was going to go dirty, I would have picked a much
better account and I would have done this kind of thing on a much more
widespread scale.
While I can understand your anger, it is misplaced. I could come at you
and say that this was all a ploy on your end as well, which is far more
likely, to end up with the account and your money in return after you have
the full information to the account.
Anyways, the account is your hands now. I did my best to get it back to
you as fast as possible and as intact as possible. As for the rest,
neither of us have a solution that has any proof, so I say we just drop
it.
Enjoy the account and let me know if anything else comes up.
-Shane
i dont understand how someone can play before you get the account back
and supposed to be LOCKED... you sure this is not you? i should trust you but this is very strange..... the person was playing till around 4 am your time.. and then you gave me the account info at 5h30am..... so that can be you.. i dont say this is you but you know... i dont undersand.. i paid that account... Im honest, its seams someone is not in the game... hope we can find whats happen here..

HUGE NOTE: Do not log onto the physical game account for at least 12 hours. You can check the toon out on the Battle.net account management page, but that is it. I do not want the quick IP changes to flag Blizzard again. That could put up in some worse waves that could result in an account ban that is irrevisible.
I am still perplexed as to what happened. Seems that the character was faction changed and transferred today as well. Someone was very intent on keeping this toon as there was time put into achievements as well (according to the armory for the toon).
Anyways, everything with the toon should be fine now.

Again, no idea what is going, so let us hope that whatever this is is not a repeat occurrence.
Enjoy the account.

Hello there again.. guess what? the account is compromise again... so last week we got the account back but the toon was still on aliance side and on a other server so i opened a ticket and i had to call blizzard to return it on horde and stuff.. all was fine till yesterday nght... i was not able to log in, no email from blizzard no nothing, the toon do not exist anymore on the armory too. so i sent an account recovery request on the battlenet website but i had no new from blizzard yet.. Im sure we will need to send a form with ID again.. the account as been changed because in the login screen that say no account are with that email.. so i beleive the original owner decide to take his account back or something and we will fight to take control of it again and again. any suggestion?

I will add this to my post:
His warranty state that if account recall under 3 month I will get refund. But now he says because no one can proof he wants to put the issue at that and is ignoring my e-mails. If this is the case all the time, well, he can always say "No one can prove", so in the end, what is the point of warranty? When recall happen no one knows WHO recalls. Blizzard won't say, the e-mails won't say. Bottom line is I pay $1800 for an account with warranty, and it seems like I have been scammed out of my warranty policy.
---------- Post added 02-03-2011 at 11:52 AM ----------
KHAccount was angry because I thought maybe he recall, or maybe owner recall. If he says he is a professional seller with so much rep, he should understand first time buyer can think maybe this person recall, or that person. Instead of explain he use that excuse to get aggressive towards me his customer.
That aside, I am still in my rightful place. I pay $1800 for an account, SOMEONE recalled, I don't know who, but since KHAccount have high rep and would not recall, then the person who sold it to him did.
