Scammed By APB seller.

I was scammed yesterday from a apb reloaded account seller.
I contacted him Via Skype and gave him $25 (As said in the first post)
And i received the account info.
Minutes later the password was changed, and He never responded back to my Skype.
I looked back at the post and not it was $15 instead of $25. (And was edited right after i was scammed.)

Well i changed the accounts Email and Password, so i have no clue about this.

He still has the account. I made a new skype and contacted him and asked if he had the account. (after he scammed me and changed the price of course) he still has it. He was waiting for another person to "sell" to.

how could he change the password and email, and still have the account?

Can you post images of the rest of the chat. Did you tell him the info wasn't working in the chat? If so please post images of it.

He never replied after. until i made the new account and pretended to be a buyer.

So the information worked at first and then it didnt work? Or did you just not check to see if it worked right after you bought it?

I checked when i bought it. there was 2 characters. after a couple min (Not even an hour) it was changed. chrome saved the correct password too. so i know it was changed.

Trade successful, then password was changed.
Guden claims he gave the info, Luna claims it doesnt work.

Correct?

Did the information he gave you work the first time you tried to login?

Very sorry, i was travelling. yes i was able to log in. but wasn't able after. Then was I told him it didn't work. he never answered.
Then he changed the price from 25 to $15 on his post.
I went on with a new Skype account and asked if he had it. and he said he did.
