Reported problem: I completed the transaction correctly. He took the money, sent me login credentials that do not allow me to access the account, and then disappeared. He scammed me.
Outcome of dispute: Buyer: @snapboy
Seller: @Fofo14
@snapboy sent payment to @Fofo14 in exchange for the account listed. @Fofo14 sent over login and password, but @snapboy was not able to get into the account with the information provided right after it was sent.
@Fofo14 claims to have removed all recovery information, however when the account login was later checked, recovery information was still showing a back up phone. @Fofo14 also never responded to support requests, and ignored any attempt to resolve the dispute despite being online on EpicNPC.
Given all this, it is clear @Fofo14 scammed @snapboy.
