Scam Help

Ok I just got scammed on Paypal. I sent a person $100 for an account, I never recieved the account. I want to submit a paypal dispute but I have no idea what to write. Im very lost, if someone could help me right one I would really appreciate it.

all you have to do is say that you paid for a product that was instant delivery and never recieved the item and that the seller is not respoding and or ignoring you ect

Just tell them you were buying virtual goods. You sent the money and never receive the goods.

They hopefully will take it (they 90% of the time do).

uh.. everything I have ever read on the paypal site.. "Things NOT covered under buyer protection" any and all virutual goods. I have had recalls attempted, I replied, with the fact the purchase of virtual goods is not covered by Paypal. he/she recieved the login/pw of the account at the time of the sale. No refund shall be allowed.

Paypal has closed the only two I have had and never a single chargeback. I have tried only once to complete a chargeback here on the priest account I was sold by someone here on MD, which I never recieved a refund for and he instatly disputed it, and paypal closed it, no refund for me.

Then why the hell did I lose $1,500 over paypal with Virtual Goods?
