Sold me an account, sent me the wrong armory. Logged in to a completely different account, spent $20 of my own money on a 30 day subscription im willing to wipe away. He will not refund me the original 150 usd after claiming he would

Should have listened to the warning on his account... my own stupidity.

He said he would refund if everything was not good, and than at the end tells me off and he doesnt do refunds, I returned the account to him, and this is how he acts. I dont understand.

Sent him a 200 ilvl priest then he wanted a refund after changing everything on the account.

Sent me the wrong account I gave him back the account, as you will see above in the conversation posted. Tried to justify it by lying over and over. It’s all good mods. Hope we can bring this guy to justice two people in a row now. Please don’t let a third get hit by him.
Edit: sent me a completely different account and tried to make me keep it as it was close enough to what he offered. Didn’t refund

Not going to argue here mods have better things to do the facts are in the chat. I messed up by trusting a scammer . Changed info logged in after I bought a sub saw it was not the right account and here we are!

He legit admitted to scamming and says if he gets banned he's going to make a new account and do it all over again.

This falls under the false advertising rule. A full refund is owed. If you disputed the payment then it will take longer for the refund to be able to come through.

That is changed through the website, most people buying accounts will change the information right away on the account. As you stated in the conversation you have all the OO info and would be able to recall regardless. In the chat images it shows that he sent you all the info back.

No dispute was cancelled instantly as I tried on the 15th it was sent family and friends and has been in to his account

I also told him 15 times I was gonna refund him, but he could not wait for the money to process, so we both got frustrated and then he opened a dispute on PayPal.

It was sent family and friends immediately closed. I was told there would be a refund but once it came down to it, it was all delays and him saying he’d find me a new account than saying he doesn’t do refunds and I gave him over an hour to change his mind and I told him it was going to escalate and he didn’t seem to care much. So once again that is why we are here. I’m no scammer I’m here for honest business nothing else. I did my part he did not and voila

You are the scammer here, the info you sent me back never worked it was completely different, then you open up a dispute on PayPal to get the money and the account, and took everything totally out of context.

This guy is a sociopath oh my lanta. Dude please scroll up and read the conversation over . You do realize no one on here believes a word you say because one the proof is above and two , you literally just screwed someone over a day before me.
Once again mods proof is posted, the payment may be delayed 24 hours at best , which he is aware of. Told me that himself in the discord which I was blocked on and lost the conversation, if anyone knows how to get an old conversation on disc please let me know I’ll gladly post more evidence

You told me you sold that account 2 weeks prior for $300 and I would have paid that ( go scroll up and see in the chat) you admited to that too buddy. Cmon be honest for 2 minutes.
You have the account back , I legit gave you the info and you take it back, than didn’t refund me that’s why we are here it’s all written above in the chat. False advertising , you can’t dispute family and friends and PayPal which you also admited you knew you said it’s only gonna delay it 24 hours and then Youll still get my money. You also said bid anything by is wrong instant refund and than changed your mind once you weee caught in your lie/scheme

The account is in Spanish so all the emails are in Spanish couldn’t change them. I am posting all the emails I got towards the blizz account from when I had until I gave it back to him . Fully secured to fully removed . Also the PayPal email and PayPal screen shots all with time stop from my time zone right now
