What is the dispute about? The person who sold the account for me went missing for 2 months now, he deleted from his discord friends list. I've done business with this guy in the past, and no problems with him in the past, so what initially happened was he sent me the money and when I tried to deposit that money from PayPal to my bank it didn't let me. After that it said that PayPal was going to be holding onto the funds for 6 months, I thought that was very strange of PayPal to do. So I ended up looking on PayPal forums and a lot of people said that they were also put into the same situation and after 6 months PayPal doesn't give you you're funds, they keep it for "damages caused," so I refunded Justin (SinisterAF) the money back and told him what happened, he said he couldn't get the money either because it was on hold for him too. Every month or so I would ask him if the moneys been cleared so he can send me that money through a different method and he said no. Its been about 7 months now overall since this happened and he went missing all of a sudden, I didn't want to believe he would actually scam me and I still cant believe it because I've done business with him in the past. Im not even sure what happened to the funds that I refunded him, but since he hasn't responded to me in about over 2 months now I cant wait any longer.
