Other details / notes:
I createad a post to sell a smite account on the forum (EpicNPC) and one person contacted me, after a brief negotiation we agreed that the deal would be $350 and that the payment method would be PayPal. The trading began and the first problem emerged, the buyer said that he could not pay me all the $350 in a single transaction, then he paid me $200, $100 two times, and told me that he could not pay me the rest and implied that it should be a PayPal limit or a PayPal problem, then I told him that he could pay me in the next week if PayPal was the problem. During the next week the second problem appeared, the buyer started to invent excuses supporting an idea that he could not pay me the rest of the money in a while and then I told him that he could pay me $50 per month until the total was settle or that he could pay me when he had the money if that still hard for him, after this he did not answer me anymore. In 4/10/2019 (dd/mm/yy) the third problem happened, I noticed that my PayPal started a refund process in the name of the buyer, where the buyer stated that the transaction did not have his authorization. If the first and the second problem is not sufficient the third one should be, since he got his money back directly from my account using a PayPal flaw.
