As I explained in my message and in PM, there is more chance he'll receive his money Monday or Tuesday next week ( 8/9 June ) if the money was really sent on Thursday 28

Those kinds of transfers can be tricky, and the best thing would be to wait until Wednesday 10,
Not taking any side, but if by Wednesday Harley doesn't have his money in his account, it will really mean someone is lying, but until then, nobody should make accusation, i explained why in PM to BlueHarley and here

You explained thinking UK isn't part of SEPA but it is. Money was never sent or sent somewhere else.

And Waleris is gone already anyway.

Like you see he disappeared. And I ask you so many times to get proper confirmations from him because I knew there was something wrong.

Please send me his personal details. I will report felony and I will send screenshots to his bank. So far I know he got his own company so I will trace it as well. I will not let it go so easily.

I sent him few DM and invited on discord but no reply whatsoverer..
 
I know this is not my thread but since this thread is directly connected to my other thread as i'm waiting for a refund. All Waleris has to do is show proof of him sending the money, if he can show proof that he send then all you can do is wait, and if he can't proof which means he's scamming you. It's been a long time just for a transfer

I contacted my bank,they said the money is sent on his account. I dont know what bs he is talking about.

And stop this bs. I called bank and they checked SEPA system. There isn't any active transfer with reference number you gave. Either you still lying or your bank sucks.

Now it's time for you to send confirmation that money was sent with my details on it.

Hey, I was checking this dispute since it started and I'm not taking any sides at all but I think @Waleris has provided better proofs than @BlueHarley did. That's just my opinion.

Please ask him about proof that money was sent.
I sent screenshots of my bank account multiple times proving I don't have money.
Also I contacted bank and asked them about SEPA payment. There isn't any with reference number provided by Waleris.
So far Waleris only claims that money was sent without giving any evidence besides part of screenshot of his bank account from week ago.
If he would call his bank and ask them to trace transfer he would know that money wasn't sent.

And honestly @Waleris why you keep arguing instead trying to sort this out? I showed you so many times I don't have money but you keep repeating yourself.
Call your bank, tell them to trace transfer in SEPA system and send you official email where money is. Then show it to us.

My proof that I don't have money.

This video shows every transaction on my account so stop this bs because there isn't better way to show it.
Also I'm done with you. I sent enough screebahots and I told you many times what you need to do.
In 24 hours I will be refunding purchases. I will get less money than from you but at least something.

@Waleris couldn't provide any proof that he sent money and he only saying that money is on my account where my screenshots clearly show it's not.
I deal with him for over a week now and I'm done. If he won't send money or my account back to me today I'm expecting ban for him. This takes too long and it's obvious scam. No more discussions and blaming me. I provided every proof possible and tried to convince him what to do Nothing worked so I have reason to think he never sent any money.
Like I asked you earlier @EpicNPC CM please send me his details so I can sort this out on my own.

I'm not an expert or anything and especially after i got scammed by BlueHarley and still bitter about it, however this man has shown everything he's got and still there is no money in his account. I think it's time Waleris show everything in his account especially with a video like Blueharley did, even though he showed proof that he sent in the beginning but that can be reverted. Once Waleris shows proof from his bank account then this case can be closed.
 
Waleris, can you send me a video of your bank showing the wire payment and showing it was completed? Wire details must be shown in the video so I can confirm their was no typo. This way we can remove this from the argument.
 
BlueHarley please also make another video. Click the Menu button in the top right, then go to the wire and/or transfer page. Sometimes wire transfers appear in a separate area. I want to see what options appear in the Menu and what appears on those pages.

New video received. Both videos back up the claims being made by both members.

Name, IBan and account numbers all are correct. No evidence showing the payment was declined or returned to Waleris's account.

From personal experience, I have had issues with direct bank to bank transfers where a payment was sent, not received for a long time, then declined weeks later.

Most recently this happened earlier this year.

Jan 24 a bank to bank transfer was sent and showed "complete" from my end.
However the recipient never received it.
Feb 12, 2020 the wire was finally declined and returned to my bank account.

That was nearly 3 weeks, so it's possible you're in a similiar situation. I think there's nothing we can do at this time except give it more time. Next Friday June 19th I will request the same videos to be provided if there are no updates before than.

I guess both of us reacted to quickly with accusations then.

It's possible to track wire transfer if Waleris can call his bank's international transfer department. I did it with my bank but they couldn't find any with reference number given on receipt.
If transfer was made incorrectly they are able to trace it pretty easily.

Yeah. I haven't received money for two weeks so go figure. And you weren't exactly very cooperative when I gave you every proof possible that transfer never came. Time to take some responsibility and stop blaming others when you are the only one who can do anything about this.
 
It's possible the payment was sent by Waleris's bank and received by BlueHarley's bank, but BlueHarley's bank has not cleared the payment yet. When Waleris contacts his bank they keep telling him the receiving bank has received the payment because that's all they can see, they can't see that the receiving bank has not yet deposited the payment to BlueHarley's account.

I think the best recourse at this time is to wait 1 more week and if there are no updates, I'll request videos again. If nothing changes by the 19th, then we'll have to come up with some sort of compromise.

I have called my bank twice. Last time I contacted them on Monday and they checked SEPA system looking for transfer with reference number and my IBAN but they didn't find anything active that's why I was so sure money was never sent. There is no trace such transfer ever existed. And there isn't anything to process by my bank.
They suggested to contact sender so he can call his bank and track transfer. I asked but... yeah. Let's wait another week.
 
If there is not change. I would like you each to make new videos and send them to me. Please make sure somewhere in the video there is a time stamps on the website so I can see that the video was made on June 19th.

Video confirmed payment wasn't received. It's kinda obvious I will never get that money. @Waleris you had a week to contact your bank. What is your idea how we can sort this out?

Waleris shows the payment was sent. It does not show it was returned.
BlueHarley show no payment was received on his account.

Either the payment remains in limbo after 3 weeks, which I think is very unlikely, or someone is lying and manipulating the video or website to hide the payment or refund.

At this time I can't make this determination.

BlueHarley was banned for another dispute after failing to pay back that victim.

I will assume BlueHarley is lying and scamming in this case also. His ban will remain until both disputes are fully resolved.

Waleris I'm not sure if there's anything you can do about a wire payment, but you try contacting your bank to find out what your options are. Good luck.

Waleris showed paper evidence from his bank while BlueHarley showed only video from his mobile website, which can be edited easily

The best to know who is lying would be to ask them a video of their account and transfer from an ATM screen, this way, you're sure it cannot be edited


@Waleris did you manage to get your money ?
We're on the same bank, and last time i was scammed, even with all the proof that it was a scam, they completely refused to cancel or make a chargeback, just basically told me to suck it up
