Hello.

So I sold my account to @Waleris on Wednesday night. I went first and gave him account details. He couldn't use PayPal nor Transferwise so I trusted him and I agreed for international transfer within EU. Takes 24h between banks in EU.
It's Monday afternoon now and I still don't have money on my account and since Thursday he telling me that money will be tomorrow. He send me confirmation of payment made on Thursday but apparently his bank needed to verify something.

When I ask him to send proof that money left his account he doesn't want to do that.

I sent him proof of transfer and proof that the money left my account. If its gone from my account that means tomorrow he will get it or he already got it and he is lying all this time that he didnt get anything

He was ok for waiting,when i asked if he want account back he didnt say anything and when i sent the money he asked for the account back.this guy has negative feedback for scam and trying to accuse me of something.here is the proof that he got the money.

One confirmation from 28th of May and new from today. I honestly stopped believing this money will ever come. I agreed for such a payment because I was told it will take a day.
But today he told me his bank needed to verify something. Every day different excuse.

I will update dispute tomorrow because so far I don't have money and he exactly know that.

It's 3:30 PM here in UK now. I still don't have money.
I recorded my bank account and transactions from this month to prove it. If this is not a proof I don't know what is then.

The other dispute is being resolved and I will refund this payment.

So far Waleris only talking and can't give substantial evidence that he sent any money. Can you record your bank account history like I did I prove that you sent money?

Since Thursday I'm getting tired of this messages that I will get money tomorrow. And like you see on video I still don't have money so please stop with arguing that I got it. I don't have it.

I got a respond from my bank because I wasn't sure if only IBAN and my name is enough to send money from France to UK. I got an answer.

Hi Adrian, you're speaking to Wendy. The sender would need the SWIFT Number LOYDGB2L, full branch address, BIC and IBAN number which you can find on your statement by signing into online banking via the desktop site. Are you able to contact them again to confirm these details?

I guess money will never reach my account because @Waleris needs more information to make transfer.

This confirms that money was never truly sent. Even if it was I think it bounced back or will do it.

Nice bs. iban is enough to do a transfer i dont know how it works in your country,but in my country we can do a transfer with only an iban. Go google it. Stop talking bs already we all know you’ve got the money. Scamming one guy wasn’t enough for you?

OK. Let's wait for mods and your proof that money reached my account. I already proved it didn't and my bank's support says it can't be done with only IBAN.

Sorry for posting as I'm not involved, but I'd like to make some clarifications

As a french myself, I can confirm CIC can take a long time to transfer money, especially to a foreigner account whom the currency isn't euros
If the account receiving money was in euros, it would take 3 days to transfer ( As from a SEPA country to another SEPA country ), but if it isn't, it can take up to 2 weeks, but usually, it's done in 5 working days, so you have to not count weekend and holy day

The person seems to have sent the money on May 28, which was a Thursday and was probably not proceeded the same day and unlikely on Friday, then there was the weekend and this Monday ( June 1, Pentecost Monday ) was a holy day, the transfer should have been proceeded today, which mean the receiving account should get its money next Monday.
But then this is only on our end from France, then there might be other procedures from the receiving account bank which could delay it even more


I would advise to wait until next week Wednesday even Friday before making any accusation

EDIT : Also yes, an IBAN is enough to make a transfer to any bank account here

I do have some questions tho.
Waleris told me he visited his bank on Monday but you said it was Holiday then so I assume everything was closed he couldn't do that then.
Also on CIC website clearly states that transfers in Euros are processed at 2PM every day. Transfer was made in Euro and will come to my account as Euro and my bank will do exchange.
I asked him so many times to be clear, call bank and keep an eye on this transfer.
I find it really difficult to believe anything he says now.
I will wait till Friday because if money was sent on Monday it will take maximum 4 days. My bank processing payments instantly.
@Waleris don't argue with me and do your part and sort this out. It's your responsibility.

It appears that the payment seems to be on hold, or may just take a longer amount of time to transfer due to the fact you're both in different countries. Waleris has shown proof that it was sent, and Blueharley has shown it's not in their account.

Waleris is there anyone you can contact with that service that can give you any kind of update or more information on the transfer?

Call your bank then. Ask why transfer still didn't get through if it was sent on Monday. This doesn't cost you anything. I don't know why you are so stubborn and not trying to make it right. It's easy to track where your money is these days.

Called my bank. If money was sent it should be on my account as soon as sender's bank process it plus 1-2 days.
My bank processes international transfers as soon as they reach my account so no delay at all
They told be to contact sender because something is wrong on his end.
Nothing else to say here.

Also I received many transfers from abroad and never had any problems.

I suggest to cancel transfer and we can try to use PayPal. Maybe this time it's gonna work.

If you can please call them one more time and ask if they sent is as SEPA transfer and if receiver didn't receive it is there any way to track said transfer.
My bank can't do anything because if they didn't get any money they can't even check what's wrong.

Its not the first time im doing a transfer,i never had any problems like this.I dont know how you can accuse me if the money is gone from me.

I think you don't understand. Receivers's bank can't do anything because it simply don't see transfer before it's transferred and lands on account.

Like you see I don't have money yet. So please contact bank and tell them it's nearly 5 business days and it's not completed.

They must do something and trace it.

And don't blame me that I'm impatient and ask you to do certain things. I sold this account to you 9 days ago and still don't have money for it. So I ask about understanding as well.

Go to your bank. Let them know that it is a joke what is going on and ask them to help you to sort this out. Let us know what they said and maybe we can understand what happened.

So I contacted my bank's international transfer department.
They tried to trace transfer by reference number given on receipt. There is no active transfer in system. What they told me is that if transfer was made properly it takes one business day to appear there and one more to receive money after conversion.

They suggested to contact sender. His bank will be able to track transfer because apparently it wasn't sent at all even if it left his account.

@Waleris This is legit information. If money was sent, your bank messed up something and I ask you to push hard on them because money will never reach my account because there is nothing in progress. We can wait a month but nothing will ever come.

Information I gave you is legit and confirmed. There is no active transfer. I would like to see actions taken. I did my best and try to sort this out. 9th day since I sold account. I'm not waiting any longer and I'm done asking about confirmations, verifications, promises. Money is not coming in.

SEPA system never received money from Waleris. Like it wasn't even sent. Reference number doesn't exist and there wasn't any active transaction. I smell big scam.
