What is the dispute about?
Transaction was smooth, nothing to say, unless the account details changed on the 24th of November without prior notice. I contacted the seller that answered. He confirmed me tho, that he can't recover the account because he isn't the OG owner, BUT on the EpicNPC thread he said it was instead. With him we tried to open a ticket but they are asking me many infos about the account that I don't know, like: Secret answer, OG email that registered the account, date of the creation, if any purchase and so on. Now I'm here to see if I can get a refund or if we can sort it out in some manner.
Other details / notes: I would never have bought the account knowing that he was not the orignal owner, but he stated he was in the thread. I waited 12 hours from his last message in order to open the thread.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread. Ticket
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? We used TG and MM so he provided ID and PSW, but not the og mail neither the secret answer.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 3 months
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. (you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)
