Scammer: talon22 So this guy scammed me out of 45 dollars after sending me half the payment for my Neverwinter account then blocked me on discord.

I purchased the account on the 18th so three days ago the sellers old discords was something like WiLz.#5592 I thought he was legit I actually recieved the acct at first then he pulled back the email on me after I paid...... so I tried recalling my payment on PayPal but ofc it didn’t go through...
