Official Suggestion thread - help make EpicNPC a better marketplace

Not Recently Bumped
Commenting on price to say it's too expensive is considered trolling.

Sellers sometimes make accounts to post things like this in their competitors threads or ask friends to do it, then we get complaints from sellers saying their threads are being ruined due to these comments.

Sellers are free to list at any price they wish. If it's indeed too expensive, no one will buy it and the buyer will have to lower the price.

Price is also purely an opinion. A $200 account might be worth $100 to someone, but $300 to someone else. We don't want to deal with people arguing or posting about a seller's price, so we don't allow these type of comments.

is there a thread i can post for all services on social media. or do i need to make one for each of them. and am i allowed to show people how to get retweets for low prices without charging them

You would have to go to each service forum for the social media categories we have and make a separate thread for each.

Guides can't be posted, only sales, so if you want to post a guide on how to get retweets for low prices, post in one of our general discussion forums instead.

I already contacted Mike about this, but lets hear more opinions.

I feel like feedback system slightly broken.

What I mean: two persons can exchange with feedbacks without any restrictions, as long as they have real deals of course. But it doesn't help overall because people may have long partnership and exchange with feedbacks after each small trade.

Example: check this profile and tell me if you think it works correctly - https://www.epicnpc.com/itrader.php?u=593070

I agree on this. Someone can gain false reputation by just trading with only 1 person

Reputation isn't really false, but it becomes useless.

I can't accept the fact that guy has 14 feedbacks, which isn't really bad score and I could even call it "trusted". But when you check it closely you understand that's everything is fake and all he did is traded multiple times with one guy.

Yeah that's what I meant. Of course a buyer is responsible and should check the seller (icluding the feedbacks) but buyers mostly just look the number

question i saw someone that was banned for selling stolen accounts but at the same time there are people on this site selling csgo accounts with 13 years. those accounts could have been stolen and they are easy to get. and are selling for $10. and some pages have so much feedback and long term buyers. how do you know the account was stolen or not does someone tell you ?

this might not be anything but could we do something about the credits when someone goes and buy there is no set price instead of it going to 99,999 it goes on forever. someone could find an exploit or anything to just have infintie credits

I'm not sure what you mean. When someone buys credits? If they put 999999 they will still have to make payment via Paypal or Bitcoin before anything is added. Credits don't get added until we get a confirmation from PP or Bitcoin saying the payment was completed.

Can we add sort feedbacks by Negative and Positive , on feedback page?

So when you're viewing a member's profile and you're looking at their feedback page, you want to be able to sort that users feedback by feedback count?

Now we have like All Feedback ReceivedFrom BuyersFrom SellersFrom TradesLeft for Others316 Total Feedback Received By MistiServices
[h=2]Options / From / Date

would be cool to add here Positive / Negative Sort , so we dont have to list trought multiple pages when to see why someone has negative or neutral
[/h]

I don't know if anyone posted this or if it is in the WoW thread but, for the World of Warcraft accounts could you make it clear that you cannot sell titles and/or mounts through a character, only an account. If a buyer wants the title and/or mount they need to buy the account itself as the transferred character will not have the title or mount anymore. The threads selling characters also do not specify that you have to connect the two accounts in order to move characters. So either the buyer or the Seller has to give their account so that the other can move the characters.

HybridC Is this a new change?

A Bnet account hold the title and mounts. So if you transfer a character off that account, it loses those title and mounts. I believe this is the same as before.

For the transfer, I'm not sure. I believe that in order to transfer a character between two accounts, the name on those two accounts had to be the same. Are you saying you now have to link those two accounts together some how before you can transfer? Can you unlink them after the transfer is complete?

Is this what you meant?

I don't believe it was a new change and everything you said is true. I just don't remember seeing this made more aware in the thread since while browsing the Wow account threads I saw people trying to sell mounts and titles through characters not accounts.

A seller is required to disclose important information to the buyer based on our rules.

For example if a seller is selling a character only, they must tell the buyer before payment, that the mount and title will not be included. If the seller fails to provide this information to the buyer, they must then issue a refund if the buyer complains that the mount or title is missing if they were advertised in the thread.

This would also be considered false advertising, so if a seller did this more than twice, they would be banned. It is the sellers responsibility to be honest with the buyer, so this is already part of our rules.

If you had an issue with a seller similar to this, feel free to open a dispute against them as it's not allowed.

I would love to see a Forum for "Rival Regions" here on EpicNPC.
Rival Regions is a browser game, but also offers an App.
Its a game with lots of Politics, Strategy and more.
You can "Donate" money there, which could be Sold. Also some people may be able to offer Discountet Gold (Gold can be bought for real money.).
Also, you obviusly could buy and sell Accounts. Having a good Account and lots of Resources is extremely important in Rival Regions.

At this moment, I dont know any plattform, on which you may buy or sell accounts or ingame money.

I was thinking about a nice feature to have with the additional info on hover box or on the profile area regarding the "Last Online" Status.

What do you think?

https://i.imgur.com/4ZDxIER.png - if instead of "Offline" it would say "Last online XX hours ago"

or put it somewhere here perhaps

I find it a bit frustrating when i need to go to user's profile page to see when he was online last. It would be easier if that info was shown right at their profile area no matter where they posted.

Let me know what you think and if it's possible to code.

Also I'fe found a bug with the "forgot to give feedback?" feature. When a deal is done via trade guardian and all 3 members get feedback, I still get a notification about it in a couple of days saying if I forgot to give the feedback (maybe this happens only to the middleman, i'm not sure). But yeah, would be nice if it was changed too. I get these messages nearly every day =)

Add a new category in the watering hole called "My EpicNPC story". Here, long time members can post threads describing their "journey" on epic, from the day they registered, to the day they became big sellers. I'm sure there will be a lot of interesting reads. :)

It can be just a sticky thread instead, but a category with threads can also serve as a personal log with milestones and achievements that members can update occasionally.

I don't know if I'm the only one who always buy perks when trying to bump threads from phone (buttons are too small and sensor doesn't have good precision), but it's really annoying that it doesn't ask for confirmation.

So my suggestion would be add check box or other kind of confirmation before you actually get charged for purchasing something.

I think negative/neutral feedbacks should be on top of the feedback list, so that when buying costumers know why you have a neutral/negative feedback.

It's ordered by date given. I don't think negative feedback should be first, someone can get a negative a year ago and that shouldn't always be the first thing a potential customer sees.

But we can have sorting by feedback type.Like we have now , just add new tabs so we Negative ones are shown separatly.

Banned - dispute - https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/maehwa-is-unresponsive-cool-guy-though.1432998/
real time following the time zone below the country info at profile, so the buyer can know what is the current time on the seller time zone

At this time all development for this site is currently on hold, we are only fixing bugs and doing security updates. We're moving away from Vbulletin and moving to Xenforo2.

We expect development to continue until July/August and we'll then switch over.

Once that happens, we'll create a new suggestion to-do list.

Add a feature to the Live Chat system, so that it is kind of like Skype. It currently saves the messages that people send, but you can only view the last five unless the user is online that you want to see messages from. If the user goes AWOL and scams you, then you can't bring up the logs without deleting a number of messages from other users, which causes big issues. You could also add a "tab" feature which would allow you to save certain messages in a folder, to view for later.

Unfortunately the chat is a 3rd party program and we do not have the ability to add or change features to it, so we would not be able to make a change like this, sorry.

[h=3]Your Current Avatar[/h]No Avatar Specified
Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.
Do not use an avatarNote: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it. how to do i can't get avatar why ?

Was about to ask if EpicNPC could add the "Boosting" Tag for Minecraft Accounts, as i was playing with the idea to provide (beside selling already existing top tier accounts) to offer boosting, coaching, anti decay in "Ranked Gamemodes" etc. for several Gamemodes on the "Hypixel Minecraft Server", the biggest currently existing Minecraft Server.

An extra Forum category doesn't seems required here as i am the first one coming up with that idea, but hey: There is always someone that needs to start with it?^^
