I received yesterday 2 fake feedbacks about a sale done outsite, I sent the proof about the fake feedback, but it seems you have a policy about "we not investigate sales done outsite", but also you have the wrong policy "the feedback can stay, also if is fake, when the sale was done outsite". This is very wrong, you should change it.

This is absolutely wrong. If you not want investigate a fake feedback, because the sale was done outsite, simply don't accept negative feedbacks about sales done outsite, or simply don't accept any type of feedback of sales done outsite, but not accept the negative feedbacks should be enough. Only should be allowed publish negative feedbacks if Trade Guardian or Escrow has been used, not if the sale was done in another platform, or at least you should read the fake feedback report and investigate it to remove it, is not fair that from now I will always have a negative feedback in my profile, when I'm someone selling since January 2017 with almost 200 positive feedbacks across all platforms, with 0 negative, and because of a stupid guy, a scammer, an idiot who published a fake feedback, I will have this bad review forever in my profile with no reason, as I noy did the thing they say, the buyer said that I deleted the account, which is not true and I have proof about he is who did it, as I have proof that got deleted 1 month ago and I have chats about his wife was angry and said would delete the account, and he told the same fake thing to the previous owner and he sent the same fake feedback, so now I have 2 fake feedbacks in my profile, when I was someone with 0 negative feedback since almost 8 years that I do this activity lol
And after report it, all I got as reply is "we do not investigate". Well, if you not investigate, simply don't accept negative feedbacks about sales where has not been used Trade Guardian, you can make an automatic method where is needed indicate the transaction ID of the TG, for example "#149392", they need put "149392", if you put a field about this thing, to request it, they will not send fake negative feedbacks here if not has not been used TG and you will prevent these problems, you can put in the info about the feedback that if TG has not been used, a negative feedback can't be published. If they used a different platform to do the sale, they must use that platform to publish it there, not allow publish on EpicNPC the same feedback, because there is the risk that some of them are fake, like my case.
