Yes, the top up service at the time seemed like a good investment since I had bought from him before. It was a free way to inflate value and get more for the account

is no resolved becuase i sent him account worth of 1600$ usingf my own money and now @noogahz have to pay me the 1500 he refunded since he dont have to keep the 1500 since if he no refund the payment i dont have to give to my buyer and new accountr for freee

This problem was caused by you and you should pay for it and no one else. The replacement account I gave was the value of the refund you made so I need the money back since I was able to sell that account to someone else and to solve a problem that was not my fault that I didn't sell it so I don't see it as fair that I don't get anything back here at least ban this guy if he doesn't give me my money back

To answer, the money should go to Giuliana due to the fact, they did give me an account in return. Only way I would see the money going to me, is if I return the account gifted to me by Giuliana, which I'm sure she wouldn't mind the money by itself?

It doesn't make sense what you're saying, if you want me to make a refund on Paypal, but if they return the account, it will be voluntarily refunded. I already had this conversation with you. I don't have the possibility of filing a dispute with Paypal. That was the main reason why I open a dispute here and the admin said that my buyer can keep the account now the problem is between you and me, so either you give me my money back or they ban you as simple as that let him be asking nonsense or just disappear from this website you are too annoying and you repeat the same thing 5 times in a row

Teabo confirmed he is happy with the 2nd account he received from giuliana. He also stated multiple times he wants to keep the original account. If that's what he wants to do, then I think it should be his decision. His part in this dispute can be concluded.

Okay thanks for clarifying. What if there are more issues with top up service? There should be more charges ... Will that be Giuliani's issue since both buyers are refusing the full refund? I cannot guarantee if there won't be anymore issues, hence the offer of offering full refund for giuliani and also teabo?

It seems like you want to continue wasting your time. If I had the option to file a dispute, do you think I would be bothering to demand that you return my money? I am totally aware that you are a scammer and that you are trying to prolong this dispute, first the Paypal where I paid is not mine, it belongs to a friend and he closed his Paypal account and opened a new one for that reason it cannot be done a paypal dispute

Even so, I will wait for epicnpc to pressure you by telling you that you must refund the money even though they already told you above so please do not respond again, this is stupid if it is not to return my money

noogahz, wouldn't you be able to confirm this information on your own by contacting Paypal about it? You can say you're trying to issue a partial refund, but are receiving an error. Ask them to check if that Paypal account was disabled or terminated.

I'm not sure how you want me to prove this. Paypal does not provide information to 3rd parties.

Well I think it's pretty obvious that this person is just wasting both of our time. Plus I don't think Paypal gives him information about an account that doesn't belong to him either and honestly, like I said above, I wouldn't be making a dispute against him if he could refund my money. money whenever I have been scammed I make a dispute but this is not the case so I would like a timeline or something, i literally doubled this person's reputation and already provide all the necessary evidence that he was the one who refund the honkai star rail account asking for more information is just prolonging this dispute

As simple as that, if he suspects that I may make a dispute in the future, can he come and open a dispute against me like I am doing it or not?

Sorry you see it that way, I wanted to just double check regarding your claims but I guess you're right. If you could dispute the charge, you would have done so already -- taking back the full 1850 amount for a 1500 top up issue.

However, you provided an account "worth 1500-1600" and owner of account was satisfied with the resolution. Can I provide you an account in genshin or other game that's worth that much to resolve with you? You'll probably say no, which is confusing to me since you usually buy accounts cheaper and could list the price higher?

I don't understand why you keep saying you lost money. You actually gained profit by reselling the account I sold you and provided another account "valued" for 1500-1600 to owner who's satisfied with it. Are you able to prove you lost money on this account by providing the transaction you probably bought this account for? E.g. - you buy the account from someone for 1000, and then inflate value claiming it's 1500-1600. Not arguing I don't owe you the 1500 value but could I not also provide you an account with similar value? Doesn't really seem fair I'm basically buying that account you provided for $1500 when it's a thread you posted for that amount (but it hasn't been sold, you just offered an extra account supposedly worth that value).

Before you start being super toxic, I owe you 1500 value but I'd appreciate it if you could work with me on this.

How am I supposed to be getting money if I had to resolve the problem with my buyer the only thing I want from you, as the admin said, is that you return the $1500 and that would be all you have no right to keep 1500, we already said multiple times that my buyer is satisfied and has no interest in returning the account if that were the case

The only valid solution I see here is for him to return the 1500, I don't have to discuss anything else with him besides receiving the money, even though this dispute has me tired, I would like a timeline for this person to pay or be banned instead

I'll set a deadline for Friday, Dec 8th. By then you and noogahz must have an agreed upon solution for how the payment will be made. We can then set a new deadline if needed. If there's no response from noogahz by Friday, we'll assume he does not plan to make the payment and his account will be banned.
