Reported problem: Scammer He stalled for 5 hours and i was in a rush and he used the invoice scam method i just now noticed
Outcome of dispute: ali1021 was asked to provide proof of the 50 EUR PayPal payment and explain the failed/canceled transaction. He was given 48 hours, plus a 24-hour reminder, but did not respond. Since the account was delivered and ali1021 failed to resolve or prove the payment was completed, ali1021 has been banned for failing to resolve the transaction/payment issue.
