Describe the problem: i buy that acc mothns ago and the seller refund over 1000$ on stelar jades i send him message and wait few days to see if he solved that and he just reply back saying this i hope this guy get banned

Sold account to seller (giuliani) and account has issues apparently. Shows me one screenshot and asks for refund ... Then she says she has solved the problem via DM ...

Reached out to her via discord (I was away on a trip due to no reply and she immediately starts being hostile like that's not my problem etc)

She asks for refund but cannot provide the account back ... I tell her to do chargeback since she paid via PayPal g&s but she says she can't do that as well.

Why would I send someone refund payment when she cannot provide the account back? Isn't it fair to provide the account back if I refund the payment? She also didn't post the rest of the chat via discord because she is very hostile and not very helpful on trying to resolve the problem. She also claims over $1k in refunds but the same screenshot for the $500 is listed.

She also gets other sellers who I have had no interactions with to report me for scamming?

I don't mind helping her but when someone immediately calls you a scammer without the full details, it's kind of hard to believe.

1800 cost of the acc, the refund as 1500$ usd and the acc have actually @Teabo

1) She bought account for 1850 (she says 1800 but in screenshot it says 1850 so that's first lie)

2) I believe she resold the account to someone, I'm assuming it's @Teabo (?)

THANK YOU. She immediately asks for refund without providing further info ... She is very toxic and gets people who I don't even know to report me for scamming!! This doesn't make sense ...

Yes, if the account has issues (the one i sold) with proof, then I can issue refund since it was the account I sold ... But she cannot do that and just demands refund with nothing in return + getting others who I don't know to report me for scamming.

I think you are being unfair in this dispute, because epicnpc's policies are summarized, you resolve everything even though it is not your fault, that is what I did, the account was refunded for $1500, my buyer wanted a solution because my 0 seller gave 0 reply so if I didn't solve the problem he would ban me from the site but can't you ask this guy for my money back? I don't see the point of epicnpc's policies so I solved the problem with my own money LOL .

I will summarize the issue here:

Noogahz sold an account to you for 1850
You sold the account to Teabo

The account had the gems(in game currency) refunded for 1500$
You gave Teabo a replacement account

So currently Teabo has two accounts. Noogahz and your replacement.
Teabo will have to return the account to you. Noogahz will then be required to refund you 1850 and you will return his account back to him as you do not get to keep both the account and the money.

This depends on my buyer because I sold this account for $2600 and my buyer paid for the jades refunded with his own money + my replacement account and I was left with nothing in exchange for this I am here for him to return my money because I doubt much that he wants to return the acc when he already paid $1500 to resolve this guy's stupidity,

Then your buyer can refund the 1500$ he spent on the account. We do not make people pay for what people decide to spend on the accounts.

He will not be keeping the 1850. That would be refunded back to you in return for his account.

Noogahz can go for this option.

However, the other resolution will be a refund of the 1,850$ to you and you return the account to him. <-- this is the standard resolution used in disputes. We do not allow anyone to keep both the account and the money.

I don't see the point in giving him the opportunity for a solution that is not valid. When he requested a refund of the account, he should simply return the 1500 that he refunded and that's it. I don't have to return any account since I paid for it and it is my decision what to do. with her or not, I never asked him to refund 1500 to the account please understand this

This resolution is valid. If your buyer had an issue with the account you should have taken the account back and issued either a refund or a replacement and then opened a dispute against Noogahz. You would then be able to have him refund how much was paid for the account and you would return the account to him.

This is how we resolve all account disputes. No one is allowed to keep both the account and money. You are trying to keep both.

Again, Noogahz can either choose to refund the 1500$ for the top-up refunds.

You can have your buyer refund the 1500$ top-up and return the account to you and Noogahz can refund you the 1,850$ and you return the account back to him.

I am not here to reverse the transaction. I am here because this user made a refund of $1500 that he must pay. He has no right to request a refund of the account that was mine and was sold, and my buyer paid. money was the cause of this problem in the first place and my buyer paid $1500 to resolve the problem that this individual caused so it's simply that he pays the refunded amount and that's it. Even so, I will wait for what my buyer says about it, but I am surprised in all epcicnpc disputes, the seller is always at fault and they only force a refund. I hope for the same support when I have a similar situation
