You are trying to have access to both the account and the money. We do not allow this.
Your buyer should not have topped the account back up. When the problem occurred you should have either issued a replacement or refund. Then opened a dispute against noogahz.
Currently the only amount of money that noogahz owes is the 1,850$ for the return of the account.
He can take the option of paying the 1,500$ for the top up if he wishes as that would be cheaper for him.
If noogahz takes the first option you will have to return the account and he will return 1,850$ to you.

Your buyer should not have topped the account up even if it results in the account being banned.
We require sellers to refund the amount that they sold the account for in return for the account that has issues. We do not allow buyers to keep the account and the money. This is how we handle these types of disputes.
However, I am giving noogahz the option to refund the 1,500$ or to refund the 1,850$ and have his account returned. We can wait for your buyer to enter the dispute.

My buyer had previously spent more money on the account and it was unfair to leave it banned because of someone else since he never planned to sell/return the account even so the decision about returning the account is not my buyer's, so let's hope that He says, like I said, the account was top up back because there was already previous money involved in that account.

So to add my own story, the account I bought, had it's top ups refunded on dates before I had access to the account. I have the pics of what purchases were refunded, which I will show here. The balance was -120k which is equivalent to roughly 15 $100 top ups (Which I had to pay for to keep the account from being permanently banned). The images are here.
If need be, I can send the in game message mail saying how the refund had been enforced, and how the account would've been banned if I didn't top up myself.
