I cannot recommend this service enough. She was patient, hardworking and extremely good at what she does. She worked tirelessly to secure my FC and I a house, logging on sometimes 8-10 hours a day. It took almost two weeks for her to find a plot on such a congested server that I was in (Aether - Siren) and the whole time she was fighting against multiple bots and members of other FC's. The amount of time she has saved me and my FC by extension is more than worth it for what she charges and how hard she works. I think that she is the best person to go for if you are searching for a house in FFXIV, hands down.

Ok so... Let me tell you a story about kokorolove and how amazing she is!

I have been trying for a house for about 2-3 months and tried a different methods and ways around to get a house on a relatively populated node (Aether). Reached out to Koko and she told me "I have a few folks ahead of you but let me get back to you." and honestly I just assumed "Welp I'll never hear from them again" a few days goes by and Koko gives me an update, another few days and she says "You are next in line just need to finish the last few." and this amazed me so much with how much communication (without even payment at this point going to her).

Well I was not home when her scheduled freed up but she was very accommodating and got my information and went to town to get a house. Hired KokoroLove, on 8/19/2021 to try to get a small plot cause I had given up on my chances of securing one myself. Also the lack of sleep was getting to me. Shortly after messaging them, to see if there services were available. I found out that they were currently fulfilling an order already on my server so couldn't take my job quite yet. And they also happened to be at the exact plot that I was at. A little after they secured the plot for there customer right in front of me. This is, in my honest opinion, the best referral you can see first hand. Right after I ended up hiring them. I had some reservation of letting someone on to my account (like most people would) cause of all the havoc they could possibly reek on it. And or steal my gil or items. And if you are worried about this being possible don't be. They were very straightforward and honest about what they were doing on your account and when they would be accessing it. Would go above and beyond to keep in touch and answer any questions that may arise. So after 3 days they were able to secure my plot at a great location. And I made the mistake of not having enough gil on my character, realizing this error, they messaged me on discord to apologize that they had to access my retainers to get a bit more funds to purchase the house to not leave the plot vacant and looking suspicious. (I was asleep during the message) If that doesn't show that they are honest, trustworthy, and professional then nothing else will convince you otherwise and you should probably go find someone else to hire. So, all in all if you're looking for a person that you can trust to get you a house then look no further. I give this person a 10/10. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this service but after a week and a half of sitting at plots with a macro running, it was time.
The Seller is extremely friendly and reliable.
I was at work when we scheduled the service and within the first 3 minutes they secured a plot in my desired ward.
(I had my pc running running a macro sitting on the plot, then they logged in and sniped it.)
