Selling a Plot 4 small in Lavender Beds. Rank 9, 160k credits, work shop unlocked, 1 rank 16 submarine. Buying a FC house requires a character to join and stay in the FC for 30 days prior to transfer. I will provide you with all permissions during this 30 days period save for permissions that will allow you to promote members, dissemble submersibles, or purchase/relinquish land. Payment in full is due by day 30. You can pay in installments if you like, so long as it's paid by day 30.
Price is firm and incredibly fair for how aggressive the housing market is on Balmung. I accept PayPal or Venmo only.
