Buying a FC house requires a character to join and stay in the FC for 30 days prior to transfer. I will provide you with all permissions during this 30 days period save for permissions that will allow you to promote members, dissemble submersibles, or purchase/relinquish land. Payment in full is due by day 30. You can pay in installments if you like, so long as it's paid by day 30.
