Multiple houses within the same ward available for sale. I have owned these for some period of time and am looking to move on from the game.
All houses are outfitted with subs fully leveled and printing gil. One FC has a ton of credits to be used for fuel for all subs which will last you a very long time.
All houses professionally decorated if that matters.
Payment will be done with PayPal only and all communication will be done through this website only. Absolutely zero trade offers will be accepted.
- 25% deposit required for all plots. Initial deposit non-refundable.
- Upon initial deposit, invitation to FC will be offered and permissions to start running subs will be granted.
- Nearly all plots are FC plots and master role will be transferred after being 30 days in the FC (due to SE restrictions, there is a 30-day ownership cooldown.)
- Discounts can be provided, granted purchasing multiple plots, as these were technically part of a big combo. This can be discussed upon interest of purchasing plots.
- I am willing to negotiate prices under good faith.
- Trade Guardian MM offered under the terms that the buyer pays the fees attached if option chosen. If choosing Middleman for option for any plot, please be sure to change amount to listed option (or change in offer under negotiated price.)
