Region, Server & World Preferences
Houses are available across all regions — NA, EU, OCE, and JP. Region, data center, and world preferences can be requested. Availability will vary — DM me with your preferences and I will let you know what is currently available or how long it may take to source.
What You Need to Buy
- Your own FFXIV service account (active subscription required — Free Trial accounts are not eligible)
- A character available to be created or already existing on the world where the house is located
What's Included
- Full FC ownership transferred to you — you will be the sole member and Master rank of the Free Company
- Active submersibles already deployed and earning gil
- 30 days of submersible supplies stocked and ready to keep voyages running without any upfront cost to you
- 5,000,000 gil deposited in the FC chest to get you started
- The estate will be clean and empty by default, ready for you to decorate and use however you like
Optional Add-ons
- Extra Gil — Additional gil can be purchased alongside your house. The gil will be deposited into the Free Company chest for you to access immediately after payment is confirmed.
Important — Transfer Timeline
Due to an in-game requirement, FC ownership cannot be transferred until 30 days after you join the Free Company. This is a hard game mechanic and cannot be bypassed. However, during the 30-day waiting period you will be granted full FC permissions — the only exception being plot destruction. This means you will have immediate access to the estate, the FC chest, and the submersibles, allowing you to start sending voyages and earning gil right away. Gil purchased as an add-on will also be available in the FC chest immediately after payment is confirmed.
