Negative feedback removal

Someone left a negative review about a potential recall. Nothing has been proven it happened yet so providing a negative review is beyond reasonable. In case an account has been recalled, we have our warranty policy applied.

Also if its about the lost ark account, there is an investigation going as told before.

And yes, negatives will be neutralized in case you and i honor our warranty policy and terms of services as part of our agreement in case of confirmed account recalls.

Negative feedback is based on the experience one had with you as a seller, stating that it will be neutralized acting as if you have the power to remove feedback which is 100% confirmed to have done a transaction with you which is in dispute right now.
