Got a negative from https://www.epicnpc.com/members/baan33.2210986/ but there's no order from them on our end. No EpicNPC chat or TG was used either.
Messaged them on October 9, 2026 asking for an order number or payment proof so we could refund or swap the account. Nothing back.
If they can show they actually paid us, we'll sort it out right away. If not, can this feedback be removed?
