Dispute: Negative feedback from 4-year-old deal - request removal

Hello ,

I need to open a dispute about a negative feedback I just got for a transaction that happened around 4 years ago.
When I sold the account, the buyer received full access right away and confirmed everything was working. I made it clear from the beginning that I couldn't recover the account once transferred, and that the original site doesn't provide any warranty when accounts are resold. The buyer understood and accepted all of this before we finished the deal.
I've attached the complete screenshot of our conversation from back then, showing he confirmed everything and was fully aware of the terms.
It's been 4 years since this transaction. I have no way of knowing what happened to his account in all that time, and there's nothing I can do about it now. I've done plenty of deals on here with zero problems and worked hard to keep my rep clean. This feedback doesn't reflect what actually went down and feels pretty unfair.
Would appreciate it if the mods could take a look and help get this removed.
