Negative feedback from unknown user - probably scammed by impersonator

We have never done business with this user.

An unknown user has posted a negative feedback on our iTrader page. This morning while I was asleep we received 5 PMs within a timespan of 2 hours from users whom we have never been in touch with. All with messages like "Hi, its me" "Am I talking to you on Skype?" or with some random series of numbers and letters. Probably the result of an impersonator trying to scam people using a name similar to ours.

Possibly the user had been scammed by an entity impersonating MMO-Armory.com.

We have noted that we do not use Skype for contacting customers. We strictly use E-Mail. This is written on our posts, on our website, and even on our Skype status message (in case someone looks us up anyway).

Please take care when doing online transactions.

Please remove this negative feedback when admins feel that this is a case of impersonation. As we are well aware of, in cases such as these it is difficult to post any sort of evidence from my end so I will wait for the results. Thanks.

thats m4bulldog on skype. thats an impersonator.
Idk why they continued sale if they did not get a response. feedback removed.
Always contact people on site and speak to them first.
theres a skype link right under his name, use that instead of searching. theres a good 14 imposters of mmoarmory on skype.
