Negative Feedback Without Transaction

I am writing to dispute a negative feedback left on my profile by @Joker43Oo

I would like to state clearly that no transaction has ever taken place between us. There was no exchange of goods, services, or payments. Since EpicNPC feedback policies require a completed trade for a review to be valid, this feedback is a violation of the rules.

I request that my feedback be removed.

As a seller with a strong reputation, I request the removal of this feedback as it does not reflect an actual business deal. I am ready to cooperate with any investigation to prove that no trade was finalized.

I am following up on my dispute regarding the unfair feedback left by joker


It has been 4 days since the user was asked to provide proof of a transaction, and they have failed to respond or provide any evidence. As I previously stated, no trade ever occurred, and it is clear that the user cannot provide any proof of payment or account delivery.


Since the other party is unresponsive and no evidence has been submitted within a reasonable timeframe, I kindly request that you conclude this dispute and remove the negative feedback to prevent further damage to my business reputation.
