Negative Feedback without Transaction taking place

Good day,

I wish to dispute the negative feedback left by @petit_pote. I was interested in an account of theirs, and we did talk about initiating the transaction as soon as I had transferred my money (which is accurate, I did have some delays to deal with).
At the same time, I was also talking to other people, and eventually decided to buy another account. Perhaps it was petty for me to ghost and block @petit_pote, but in no way do I think that warrants a negative feedback, as no transaction took place.

hello, no but i refused some offer to keep it and wait for his wire, to me it was done. i asked a lot of times if he was still interested and he confirmed everytime. BUt thats not whats important whats important its to block and ghost, that's ultra disrepectful, he could have said me "hello sorry found a better offer gl for your sell" and i would be done. ALL for ressel the account 6days after.
he his a clown and ppl should know that he is not trustworthy that's all there was 0 lie in my feedback.

I do agree it was petty and uncalled for, and I apologize for my behaivior but again, I don't think it warrants a negative feedback. I've dealt with people ghosting me shortly before a deal as well, but I've never seen a reason to give them feedback of any kind.
It would've been a different story If we had started the transaction already, by opening a TradeGuardian Service or if we had exchanged any amount of "serious" information, like payment info etc.
But as it is right now, none of that applies to this case

hey, sorry, we are not 15years old kids, we don't have to be scared of saying things, at least it's not how i work in my personnal carrer (working in selling) , trust and reputation is very important every where. i accept your excuse, but i think people shoudl know there is a risk you ghosting/blocking them while you do multi talking conversation with multiple person. Anyway, if the administration decide i'm out of term of services. i will comply obviously.
