Other information:

The buyer buys the account but send the money to the wrong PayPal despite us giving him the correct information.
We gave him the account anyway not knowing we did not get the Payment.
A couple of weeks later we realize one of the accounts have been missing or stolen without payment, and we promptly recover it and then sell the account to someone else. We did not know that it was already sold to this buyer.
The buyer returns to contact me asking for the account back, admitting his mistake and sending the money. However it was too late because the account had already been sold. We refund the money to the buyer and he leaves bad feedback for us.

so you dispute it 5 months later?

He may have made a mistake paying but you took it back and knowingly didn't scam you.

I have hundreds of people on Skype and I would of had no idea who I might have sold the account to. All I knew was that there was an account that hadn't been paid for, and so we recovered it. We document all our sales, in case of charge-backs and the like.

Think about it from our perspective. We have an account and a buyer, we had no idea why the account was inaccessible so we recovered it. Would we have thought that it was someone who made a typo while sending the payment? Maybe, but would we make another buyer wait based on those chances? Probably not.

Edit:

To clear things up, we recovered the account the moment we realized it wasn't paid for, before the initial buyer told us he had sent the payment to the wrong person, meaning that if we hadn't recovered it, he would not have confessed and would have just sat with extra money on his PayPal. By the time he realized that we took the account back and subsequently tell us that he had sent the payment wrong, we had already sold it. I believe that it was an honest mistake at first, maybe he was hoping that we would not notice, but he seems like a nice person and I do not want to accuse him of anything.

Edit 2:

Sorry for the late dispute. I had posted one a few months earlier but I guess I forgot to check it and I got thrown out. My bad : P

These guys are trusted but I am really mad because I made a typo over the transaction all they needed to do was tell me to make another transaction. They did not say anything but just took the account when I've spent time to play and rank it up.
I'm going to change the feedback to neutral since it seems the mistake is on both ends, not just modoseinal.

Since 2luayeugao sent payment to the wrong email, most likely he would have been notified of this payment mistake by Paypal. 2luayeugao could have also contacted modoseinal to resolve the issue, but didn't.

Both are partially at fault. I changed the feedback to neutral and updated the comment.

modoseinal you should have been a little more careful confirming payment or made some attempt to try to figure our if you sold the account before recalling, which is why the neural will remain.
