The buyer first contacted us earlier, and we replied at around 10:10 AM asking for the order number. The buyer then replied at around 6:18 PM with the order number.
After that, we asked for a fresh Stove email and password at around 6:20 PM so we could proceed with the binding. The buyer initially wanted to use an old Stove account, but we explained that if the old Stove account had already logged into the game, it could not be used for binding due to potential errors with old Stove accounts.
The buyer later provided Stove login details at around 10:54 PM, and we attempted to use them in hopes that the binding would be successful. The binding was completed the next morning at around 9:46 AM.
This means the order was completed within 24 hours from the time the buyer provided the order number, and around 11 hours after the buyer provided the Stove login details.
We had not accepted or finalized the order yet because the binding had not been completed at that time. Since the order is now being treated as void/cancelled, we have processed the refund and will no longer proceed with this transaction.
