What is the dispute about?
Account got suspended, possibly because the owner/seller tried to recover it. The seller promised he would be responsible for the account, no matter what happened to it. I contacted him on Discord about the suspension. He is completely ghosting me.

Other details / notes:
I contacted him 12 days ago. No response. I left a negative feedback on his profile. He left one on mine calling me a liar.

This guy bought an account from me back in November 2020, after few months he messaged me and asked do I remember a guy from who I got this account because he wanted to link PSN account when account which I sold was used on PSN previously and can't be linked to new PSN anymore, but he contacted support and removed PSN link somehow, I know this because he messaged me later when support replied to him. Now I don't know what happened with account because he did not messaged me in Discord, he just added me negative feedback, last messages which I have with him it's when this guy charged back money. But still if he got any problems with account it's because he talked to Epic Games support ( that's how he removed PSN link on account ) when he know that he can get banned for this and I told him that he can get banned, also he said that he already got banned his main account twice

There is no my bad that account doesn't work anymore when this guy has talked to support, you can see that he had response from support which he showed to me, how I can be responsible for this when he talked to support and provided some information from pdf files or he bought psn removal from some guys

Now there are several flaws with what you just said.

1. With the "charged back money" part you are just trying to make me look bad. As soon as you messaged me I told you that it was most likely my brother, and canceled the disupute. I did not intend to charge back the money because the account worked perfectly.
2. I did contact Epic Games support, and they managed to unlink the old PSN. I have not contacted support since that very day. Why would they suddenly take action 250+ days after I contacted them?
3. I contacted you on Discord on 08/14/2021. I even provided proof and you still have the audacity to lie. Screenshot below.
4. You said you would be responsible if anything happened to the account.

@mastamasta have you tried to contact support and ask why the account has been suspended? If not, please submit a ticket and post an answer here once when they reply

Not much of an answer but here it is.

You lost warranty since you already talked to support and did that trick with PSN removal, it's your bad that account is disabled now, I'm not responsible for account when buyer talks to support or playing with hacks on account and then getting banned.
We don't know how many times you talked to support after first action since you can delete your sent messages on mailbox, now it's completely your bad that account doesn't work anymore, you was known that this action was risky, at least you said that your accounts had problems too when you talked to support lmao, now you saying that I lied about warranty

You did not once mention that I can "lose" warranty. You said you would be fully responsible for the account, no matter what happened to it. You also just ignored my messages for half a month, even tho you said I quote: "I responsible for account after sale, so if u will get any questions/problems - contact me and i will resolve all". You didnt even bother to respond.

He already found this answers somehow before when he removed PSN link, thee asking same questions when you trying remove PSN restriction, I don't have answers on this questions, I gave him PDF file, that's only one place where you can see some information about account

Main problem is that he already reached support and support did some actions with account to make PSN link working again, after this actions they can disabled account for IP changes or another stuff, it was his bad that he talked to support also he knows that this is so risky + I said it to him too

Unlinking the PSN doesnt require the same information, youre lying again. And still, why would they suddenly disable the account more than 200 days later? Also why are you refusing to help?
 
@Xneza the fact is that we are unable to know why the account is suspended until we do not get the answer from the support. You are not the original owner so maybe was the previous owner did something or attempted to recall.

For this reason, i am asking you both to submit a ticket so we can get some answers. @mastamasta please submit a new ticket and if you need some answers about registration info Xneza will be obligated to help you.

If you mean the questions on the previous screenshot, he didnt, and i dont think he can. Also he still hasnt answered me on discord.

Ask him to check PDF file again and go to support with this infos, this is how he removed PSN restriction from account, it's because he contacted support and account disabled right now because he talked to support once, also he changed email on account so i don't even know which email he showed when tried log in account because my account had @mail.ru email, not @gmail.com

The PSN removal doesnt require the same info as the account reactivation, youre lying once again. You bring up the chargeback and lie about it simply because you want to make me look bad, even tho ive explained it here already. No answer on discord after more than half a month. How is everything clear on your side? Edit: The PDF doesnt contain all the required information. One more lie.

My other account was locked by mistake. False suspensions happened a lot more often than now. I think it happened in fortnite season 4.

You can see that every seller make an attention if buyer will contact support, there is not my bad that he removed PSN restriction from account and linked new PSN, this is was cheating already, that's why no one will response for account if someone talks to support once, after you have talked to support your account can get banned for IP changes etc. I have sold thousands of accounts, yes I had few times when account got recalled and in this situation I refunded guys instantly, but here when we can clearly see that buyer talked to support once I can't be responsible for that

False claim again. That account is completely different, currently used by its new owner. The account is also active cause i didnt try to call it back like you or the orignal owner did with mine.

I have contacted @Stepbrokev to provide me a video of the account he bought so we will start from there. I am going to give him a couple of days to respond here
 
There is no response from @Stepbrokev so we can assume that he is not returning back. However, even if an account is similar is still not the same so this will not be enough to prove that the account has been resold. @Xneza please contact the original owner and ask for their assistance in recovering this account or in the opposite a full refund must be issued
