Here's the situation.
I offered up my Druid for trade with Levalon.
The agreement was as follows:
I offered my Druid in return for an Ipod. We agreed I would keep the SQ/A until I recieved the Ipod.
I dont remember exactly when the deal went down, I believe the 20th of December is about right though.
Since it was one of my first MD trades, and he had no negative feedback at the time, I assumed he was
a legitimate trader. So I went through with it, gave him my account info. Because it was so close to
Christmas I figured the slow retrieval of the Ipod was due to holiday shipping. After about a week
passed I asked him, what's the deal with the Ipod? Did you send it? He told me he did not, but he would
send it the following day. Again, I trusted he would. The next day I asked for a tracking number
he told me he sent it but didnt get the tracking number because his wife has viral meningitis (not sure
how that was relevant to a tracking number, but I didn't argue it) after about 4 or 5 business days
I was fed up with getting the run-around so I recalled the account. Almost immediately he logs onto AIM
and gives me a story about how he was going to surprise me with a NEW Ipod! And that best buy would be
Shipping it by Jan. 8th. Again, I trusted him and gave him the new password. Not sure the exact date, but
I think it was Jan. 6th, he explained that Apple recalled the new Ipod, so he was just going to send me
the old one instead. I decided not to argue it, because I really didn't care about the account, so him
scamming it was really at the back of my mind, I just wanted the darn Ipod >.< Last night, around 3am I
Recieved an email from "[email protected]" the email said the following -
"uhhm your tjandjessact wasnt being found but uhh yea so whats up with the bank acct, im still down some money and im gettin my balls kicked, just checkin to see whats up : /"
I realize i'm by no means an English Scholar, but this email made me cry a little inside. I really had
No idea what it meant. So I friend listed "hevypuonu" on AIM. He logged in today around 6:30 (today being
Jan 10th) This is our AIM conversation - (I removed sensitive information such as my account name, and profanity)
Implying: hey, you sent me an email last night, but I didnt understand it.. what's up?
Hevypuonu: is this tj?
Implying: nah man.
Implying: i'm [email protected] though

Implying: yeah
Hevypuonu: did you ever trade it?
Hevypuonu: or sell it?

Hevypuonu: oh, uhm i bought it from tj and i think he recalled it but his tjandjess email doesnt work anymore
Hevypuonu: do you know anything about it?
Implying: I recalled it because he didnt uphold his end of our trade. he was supposed to mail me an ipod 2 months ago, and stalled and bsed with me for 2 months
Implying: needless to say i n ever got the ipod

I realize it's my word against his, and honestly I don't care if thats how it stays. If I had known
he would try to scam me I would have saved our conversations. This thread is just to warn future
traders/victims of Levalon. I wanted to get a conversation with TJ added to this thread however
I decided the sooner I act the better, to save other people grief.
