It depends what the ban was for but most of the time the answer is no.
If it's not a serious issue, they can contact support and appeal the ban. But if it was for scam related stuff then you should definitely avoid and tell us who it is

He was banned for fake feedback it seems, which is not a good thing obviously.
From what I see, he hasn't been banned for scamming, but I would highly suggest you have him resolve this issue by contacting the admins using our "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the website and submitting a ticket!
Of course, it is your choice what you want to do but using TG(Trade Guardian) has many benefits, even if you just want to use the free version, you will have support from the staff if a scam were to occur, but of course this is at your discretion, I am just giving you some advice

However just to give you some idea, essentially Trade Guardian mainly has 3 versions of it, The free version provides a safe trade for both parties depending if the person is highly reputable, the safest option would be Trade Guardian through a middleman.
The third option is Escrow, which is handled by a verified third party called Trustapp, they are the middleman in this case, but I would suggest going through the link I gave you for more detailed information about it.
Better safe than sorry, don't rush into a trade or feel pressured, do your research, and take your time because once you send that money, in most cases there are no refunds or getting it back whatsoever.

On EpicNpc, he would need to be unbanned to engage in trades directly on the platform through a middleman for example.
I would highly suggest this user submit a ticket as I said, in most cases if he resolves the issue that caused the ban, he would be unbanned but that is at the discretion of the admins.
Having said this, we have a pretty good staff team who are understanding and like to give second chances, so if he is genuine and sincere, I am sure a resolution can be met.
Of course, what you want to do is your choice, but if you pick to go through someone who is unverified on our platform or another MM on another platform, don't come complaining if you get scammed.

Anyone banned for “Rule Violations” is temporary and is not a red flag when it comes to trading. For any other bans, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them at all. Frankly if someone is willing to attempt fraudulent business practices by faking feedback, and try to ban evade, who knows what else they could be involved in. Ultimately it’s up to you, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this turned into a problem.
