Was Trade Guardian used? NO
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID?
What is the dispute about?
I bought a Genshin Impact account from him for $1,800 USD. I did not use a middleman considering they had 20 positive feedback reviews(clearly a mistake). I did notice after that they had a similar dispute beforehand of a recalled account under their neutral review.
He gave me the account details about 5 hours after originally sending the money. I then had access to the account that same day the 19th of April. but on the 20th of April I no longer had access. I had changed the pass on the 19th as soon I received the account in
hopes to avoid a situation like this but I did not check if there was any email, number, social media attached. On the 20th of April the password I had changed to no longer worked and that is when I noticed that the account had an email and number attached.
I then proceed to contact the seller in which he denied that the email and phone # attached were his. Instead he started accusing me of trying to buy cheap primogems or try to sell the account. I had it for max a day and I also bought the account to keep not to sell. Also I would not do the whole cheap primogem scam because
it usually leads to trouble with Mihoyo not worth it.
After some discussion I contacted Mihoyo Customer support in hopes of recovering the account. The seller gave me the information I was asking for in the form that Mihoyo makes you fill out. The problem after was that I noticed that the UID he provided me was incorrect. Hence the whole form was ruin since I had submitted it and trust him on the info.
I was piss since Mihoyo takes a while to respond and now I had to fill out the form again. They responded within 5 days that the information was not consistent with the account information and that they could not retrieve the account. Surely the only issue should have been the incorrect UID that the seller provided so I replied mentioning that the UID was incorrect by a number and they still
said the info was incorrect. So at this point it has been 7 days I have no account and don't have my money. The seller barely responds to this inquiries and the info I was given has been marked as wrong from Mihoyo and they proclaim the email and number is not theirs.
This smells like a scam to me. Considering the situation and results so far. I decided to make this thread because the seller is not taking the issues seriously enough and each day it seems more like a scam.
