What is the dispute about?
Was scammed paid money and didn't get the account. I paid him and he ghosted me. We agreed upon a $450 dollar payment. He accepted amazon gift cards and visa gift cards. I paid 250 in Amazon and 200 in Visa.

Proof of ghosting: We agreed upon a time and he didn't show up. Then because of time zone differences and possibily mis communication i got ghosted. We agreed upon a time for him to deliver.
He was also shown online 46 minutes ago at the time of me writing this thread.
To this day I still haven't received my payments. Also those cards that I sent to him have both been used as shown below.
