Reported problem: The Buyer is stalling the payment for no reason. Following his selling history, he does have the financial assets and also sold my account without listing. We continued our conversation in a conversation here in EpicNPC.

We agreed to a payment plan (It doesn't matter if the trade guardian is marked as finish. I did it is a trust reason and chatlogs can prove it). Buyer stated he will send me the money and himself asked for the payment option.

Outcome of dispute: nshill1229 agreed to a payment plan, only made 25% payment. Resold it to someone else, then lied about it. He did not willing refund the user edwards052022 who purchased it from him.

nshill1229 was banned for scamming.
