This has been requested for a long time and I'm happy to announce that a feedback reminder has been added.

If a user gives someone feedback and that user does not give feedback back within 3 days, they will receive a reminder message.

This should benefit both buyers and sellers and we hope members can build their feedback a bit faster now.

Sick!

Awesome!!

This is a great idea. Glad to hear this was implemented, as so many people forget to +rep back and it's just a hassle.

I just received notification even after feedbacks were given and received. But I like idea overall.

You received a reminder because the feedback was not given under "submit a rating for this deal" you gave a separate feedback by hitting "Submit Feedback For X"

Currently when you give someone feedback, that other person gets a message with a link to return feedback. That's what the system monitors to check for returned feedback.

If both people click "submit feedback" on each other's profiles, then it counts that as 2 separate feedbacks so you'll still get the message.

We'll have to make some adjustments so it's more accurate. Thanks for letting me know.

This is giant spam fest. Can we have this turned off somehow?

This bug should be of higher priority.

I'm getting spammed a lot lately and I've already returned all those feedbacks.

An update was made about 2 weeks ago, so the amount of reminded PMs should be a lot less.

If you get a PM reminded and you have already returned feedback, please post the following info.

- Username of the person you gave feedback to and the date

I'll then investigate.

It's still possible to get a reminder even if you return the feedback. For example if the buyer and seller use 2 different thread URLs. The system will assume it's 2 different transactions and you'll get a reminder. As long as the thread ID # is the same, you should not get a PM reminder.
