Hello EpicNPC Staff,
I would like to request a review of the feedback left by user "Fitz0warcraft" on my profile.
The feedback contains serious accusations including claims that I am a scammer, thief, and seller of duplicated items, along with multiple personal insults and defamatory statements.
My concerns are:
• The transaction was not conducted through EpicNPC Trade Guardian.
• The buyer has provided no conclusive proof that any item delivered was duplicated.
• The feedback contains personal attacks and insults rather than an objective description of a transaction.
• The buyer has posted repeated comments intended to damage my reputation.
• I have screenshots and delivery evidence showing that at least part of the order was successfully delivered, and I remained willing to complete the transaction.
The feedback goes beyond a normal buyer review and includes statements such as "scammer", "thief", "loser", and other abusive language. Regardless of any disagreement between buyer and seller, I believe this violates the standards of respectful marketplace feedback.
I respectfully request that the moderation team review the feedback, the evidence provided by both parties, and determine whether this feedback complies with EpicNPC's feedback policies.
I am happy to provide all screenshots, Discord conversations, and delivery proofs if required.
