Feedback - Asking for phone number verification?

I've been trying to leave a feedback for a recent deal I've made via a seller found on epicnpc, but it's telling me I need my phone number verified. Can anyone send the link for that verification? I can't find it anywhere. I've enabled mobile 2fa but that doesn't seem to be it.

Odd thing is that I've left a few feedback for some old deals I've done through here and I've never had this issue.

Thank you for the quick response! Do I need to send them a PM or do anything? Or do I just wait for admin to reply on thread?

It's been corrected, but your account was disabled. You can click Login >Recovery Options and use the 'unlock' option to reopen it.
